Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule under 24hrs notice the lesson will be forfeited. Booking emails are sent out at the time of booking. Emails are sent out 3 days prior and SMS are sent out 1 days prior to the appointment or class. To reschedule prior to 24hrs before contact the office on 0424364101 between Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm. If you rehome the dog or destroy the dog during the training period all lessons are forfeited and go with the dog. All lessons expire after 12months from the initial date of booking. If you endanger a team member, another client or hit a dog - all lessons are terminated without a refund. If you miss a class we are under no obligation to replace it as these are group classes, and we do not provide free private training. In certain circumstances we will do what we can to assist or give you direction to assist. If you can not attend - please have the courteous regard to email your trainer to let them know or leave them a voice message. If you change your mind we are not obliged to do a refund. We will offer anything remaining as a credit. All other terms and conditions apply as per our website.
