Shipping and Returns

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 6/18 Paisley Drive Lawnton QLD 4501

** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns and Refunds of Shop Products Overview

 

Our refund and returns are for physical products only on the shop - for training refer to the terms and conditions page.

We don't accept returns because you have changed your mind.  Once the product has been opened/used then it is not returnable.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the wrong item has been shipped to you, let us know immediately - we will arrange to have it shipped back and the correct product sent to you at no extra cost to yourself.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food,  cannot be returned. Custom made products cannot be returned.  Custom made products are products that are made to your specifications and not standard items or sizes we sell.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

 

  • Gift cards and Certificates

  • Downloadable software products

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Warranty Claims

 

For Warranty claims please contact the admin team on 0424364101 so we can best assist you. This will be for products such as bark control that need to be sent off to manufacturers for repair.

Warranty claims on items that your dog has chewed or broken, such as toys, leads, collars etc will not be accepted. Any of our own products that we manufacture are fully covered for any defects or other issues due to manufacturing.  Our products however are not covered for wear and tear, damage by dog, human or other.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of our email.  We will notify you when this is processed at our end.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company,

it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
