This is a course designed not just for fun for owners and dogs, but is designed to help in building confidence in dogs where it is lacking, as this can cause issues for pet parents. This is going to teach you and your dog how to build confidence by letting them make decisions on how to locate yummy treats but to also navigate to them.

 

It is really important that your dog is not human reactive or human aggressive as we use minimal control as we do not want a negative interaction for dogs or to the scent.  There is only ever one dog on the course at a time.  The other dogs can be kept in the car as it is at night time.  There will be a TV out front if the other humans wish to view what is going on.

There is a maximum of 6 dogs to a class.

Any dog that has confidence issues we are then able to design the course to help them through this.  You will need to bring smelly yummy snacks your dog loves.

 

What is taught?

Week 1 - Going under items of different height to find the scent.

                 - Going over items of different types to find the scent.

                 - Standing on items to find the scent.

​

Week 2 - Going thru narrow spaces to locate the scent.

                 - Moving over wobbly or bouncy items to find the scent.

                 - Pushing thru items to find the scent.

Week 3 - Pulling items to find the scent.

                 - Going past swinging objects to find the scent.

                 - Dealing with sound items to find the scent.

​

Week 4 - Dealing and moving over mobile items to find the scent.

                 - Walking on narrow items to find the scent.​

                 - Practice.

This is an 4 week course at $80 for the course.

After this you will be able to purchase Casual passes to continue the fun at $20 a night.
