The ZenPet Tick Tornado created by a veterinarian, is one of the safest methods of tick removal on the market. The twisting motion used, when done correctly means this tool removes the entire tick (head included), reducing the risk of infection, serious illnesses and diseases such as Lyme Disease.

To Use -
Simply Hook, Twist and Lift. DO NOT pull on the tick as you rotate. The rotating motion will eventually detach the tick from your pet safely. The rotating motion is necessary to ensure that no parts of the tick's mouth are left behind.
After the tick has been removed it is still recommended to take your pet to the vet asap.

Things you should know if you or your pet gets bitten by a tick:
- Ticks can cause disease in animals and people.
- The tick must be removed correctly, DO NOT squeeze the tick, DO NOT burn it.
- DO NOT try to kill the tick or put it to sleep with chemical products before removing it.
- You should NEVER pull the tick, instead remove it with a twisting motion instead, without compressing it.
- If bitten, it is essential to remove the tick quickly.
- Ticks can carry very dangerous diseases; ticks only need a couple of hours to infect their host.
